- Resolving customer/vendor issues and complaints. Running the customer/vendor helpline to ensure customers and vendors are satisfactorily assisted. Need to be familiar with online platform so needs to be a quick learner.
- To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job.
- HND/B.Sc in related or similar field.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years experience.
